The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and did their best. But after several visits to Istanbul, this was unfortunately my worst stay. Noise came through the rooms easily, with kids constantly running and banging around, so resting was hard. Cleanliness fell short, even the deluxe rooms looked like they needed renovation, and the breakfast wasn't fresh. I skipped it most days. The hotel needs major improvements to its maintenance, cleanliness, and food quality to meet the expected standard.

The best thing about this basic three-star hotel is the location. It's very close to Shisan Metro station, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. We had a renovated triple room, but it was small, including the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic and the same each day during our four-night stay.

We were in room 310 and couldn't sleep all night because the air conditioner made a terrible noise. By 6 a.m. we checked out and left. I've never seen anything so disgraceful.

We spent our Eid vacation here, and it was the worst experience. The hotel wasn't clean: the rooms were untidy, and all of us were bitten by bedbugs while sleeping. Insects were flying around the food in the restaurant, and the kettle was covered in yeast. Our room had no refrigerator. When we complained, they said they'd bring one the next day, but nothing happened. The batteries in both the air conditioner remote and the TV remote were dead too.

The sheets and beds were dirty, and the rooms were old and in bad shape. Staff were very rude, and even at breakfast little insects were flying around. The worst hotel I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
