Hotel Qden

We lost money, time, and peace of mind here. After the room flooded at 4 AM, with dirty brown water pouring from the shower and soaking our suitcase and belongings, we spent the night awake and disgusted. At 7 AM we asked reception for a refund. They said Booking would refund us, but neither Booking nor Agoda helped, despite our sending multiple emails. We paid for three nights, left after two, and never got the money back, despite promises and assurances. We had booked this hotel for three nights, but when we arrived at the location shown on Booking, they sent us to a different property, Qden Hotel. They claimed it was the same owner and the rooms were the same. That wasn't true. The first room was filthy and smelled bad, with scribbles on the walls and a window facing a cluttered balcony where strangers could look in. We demanded the room we'd booked. Their proposed fix was a windowless basement room. We were exhausted and hungry, so we accepted, which was a huge mistake. The bedding was dirty, the mattress had red stains like blood, and there was dust, dampness, a stinking air conditioner, and a bathroom in total decay. This place was filthy and, in our experience, dangerous. The photos are fake, the rooms stink, and they don't return your money. Don't even consider staying here. I'd give it minus zero stars if I could. ⚠️ RESPONSE TO THE HOTEL'S LIES: Nobody stayed in your filthy excuse for a hotel after everything I posted. I would only have stayed if I wanted to risk scabies, bed bugs, mold-related infections, or whatever else you allow to grow in those rooms. I'm adding two more photos to show that we had to book another hotel for the very same dates we had booked with you. We left for two of the three nights we paid for, and you never refunded those nights despite promising and swearing you would. If you still claim to have refunded anything, show real proof, just as I did. Stop hiding behind lies and own up to what you did. Shame on every one of you involved!

The bathroom was moldy and smelled bad, and the floor was broken. The light, air conditioning, and TV didn't work. I left after one night, even though I'd booked two.

The staff's warm hospitality and the room's comfort and cleanliness made this stay stand out. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the location was ideal for exploring Istanbul. Everything went beyond what I expected. Thanks for making my visit so special. I'll definitely be back.

I had to spend hours arguing with the booking platform to get a solution, and only received partial compensation after a long dispute. The uncertainty about my luggage and safety caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, and this situation ruined part of my trip. What should have been a simple check-in became one of my worst travel experiences. I had booked Hotel Qden, but late at night, staff from another property called Han Suite told me I'd be staying there instead. Nobody had explained this or warned me in advance. The replacement was far below the standard and quality I'd paid for. There was no proper reception, no staff available to help, no communication, and no clear check-in instructions. I was left confused about where my luggage was and whether it was safe. This property doesn't deliver what you book or honor the original reservation. It seems to operate under multiple names, so after enough bad reviews, they can just bring in a shiny new brand and people may book one place and end up somewhere else without an explanation. Be careful and avoid it. They don't care about reviews, they'll just change the name and scam the next guest.
