The room had loud air-conditioning equipment behind it running 24/7, which made sleeping at night almost impossible. They had promised cleaning every three days, but nobody came even once during my 17-night stay. I booked the apartment for 17 nights, and what I received looked nothing like the photos and description. Instead of a bright apartment with a Taksim view, I got a dark unit with no windows or natural light. When I asked to switch apartments or get a refund, they rudely told me, “This is what you get, we won’t give your money back. If you are so rich, go book somewhere else.” The staff were extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and impolite. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Don’t be misled by the fake photos and false promises.

My wife and I were robbed during our stay. The thieves seemed to have been warned by the people at the front desk, since they fled just as we got back. The neighborhood was bad, and I wouldn’t trust these people at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks.
