Hotel Suite Homes Pendik

We checked in at 9:00 AM and were charged for a 12-hour stay. After 9:00 PM they demanded another fee, and they offered no help at all. They also didn’t give us any license or business permit.

I paid a 500 TL deposit and booked 20 days ahead, but when I arrived to check in, they said there was no reservation. Then they suggested I might have stayed there on the day I paid the deposit. I showed them the text messages, but they said they could be from previous years. They finally accepted the remaining payment after I explained what was on the receipt, and let me in. Luckily, a room was empty. Otherwise, I had no reservation at all. No professionalism, no interest or concern. If you get the chance, run as fast as you can.

The rooms smelled damp, and the bathroom was tiny. There wasn’t even a hairdryer. They had tea but no coffee. It’s a shabby place, and very expensive.

The receptionist was completely indifferent, and the place didn't feel suitable for a family. I booked in a hurry two weeks ago after the photos gave me the wrong impression, and brought my family along. The room was filthy. My dust mite allergy kicked in as soon as I walked in and I started itching, so I couldn't stay. The service didn't feel professional at all. Seriously, don't go.
