Restwon Suit Hotel

The worst choice you could make. Don't ever pick this hotel. It's super dirty and nothing works.

When we arrived, they couldn't find our Airbnb reservation and our room wasn't ready, so we waited 1.5 hours to get in. The English-speaking staff were doing their best to apologize and deal with the hotel's poor management. We found hair on the floor and in the bathtub. We asked them to mop, but I think they only vacuumed. The rooms still looked dirty, and I don't want to think about the mattress. There was no blanket or duvet on the bed, so they gave us sheets instead. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for more than a month with my daughter, and I'd happily come back to the same hotel. It's quiet, the location is excellent, and it's very close to the coast of Bakirkoy. The rooms are a good size for two people, or sometimes three, and have what you need for comfort and peace. There's an excellent modern air conditioner, the cleaning service is good, and the price is very good compared with other hotels. The hotel is lucky to have such a cooperative team. They make guests feel at home, especially Mr. Hakim and Miss Rabia, who are the best and truly top-notch. Mr. Hakeem speaks English fluently, and they never hold back from helping however they can. It's amazing, more than wonderful. I'll visit again next time. Thank you for everything you gave me and my daughter.

We wanted to book, but couldn't. I'm a former government employee in The Netherlands and have an illness from my service, so I need to travel with my service dog. I have official documents for this. Management wouldn't cooperate because dogs aren't allowed. It's disappointing that this hotel turns away people with disabilities.
