The owner told us just an hour before arrival that the apartment we'd booked wasn't available, then put us in two separate rooms, one on the first floor and the other on the fourth. I told him that wasn't acceptable for our family of five, with three children. Still, I ended up spending one night with all five of us in one room, then found and booked another hotel the next day. We'd reserved an apartment with a bedroom and kitchen for three nights. There was no refund from the owner, and the website couldn't help us get one either. The room was also very loud because of the water heater and noise from hotels nearby. This felt like nothing but lies and cheating. You can't trust anyone. When the owner reads this, he'll be happy. Please don't book this apartment.

We've stayed here three times now because it's clean and the location is just perfect. Attractions are close by, and there's a bus and train station nearby, as well as the tramway, so it's easy to get everywhere.

Restaurants surround the hotel as soon as you step outside, and they make it very noisy, especially at night. Inside, I couldn't overlook the dirt in the bathroom, on the mirrors, or on the kitchen bench, even though I could have ignored other imperfections. The apartment was dirty. The master bedroom had a hot water boiler in it, so that room was hot, and it had no air conditioner. The smaller bedroom did have one.

You really get to experience Anatolian culture here, and it's a wonderful place for a family stay. My apartment was very clean, the host was attentive, and the price was very reasonable. I had a wonderful stay in every way.
