Pera Arya Hotel

We'd definitely visit again. The hotel is centrally located, with public transport nearby, which made getting around easy. Each day we had fresh towels, clean packaged slippers, toiletries, and bottled water in the room. Breakfast had a great variety, and we were given a lovely surprise with sweets for our birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture. The hospitality and attention to detail were wonderful. Thank you, Ioanna and Nektarios.

Getting around was easy from here. Isteklal street, Galata tower, Taksim Square, and Sishane Metro are all nearby, while Tophane Tramvey is a 10 minute walk down the hill. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and the rooms were cleaned and prepared daily. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Siran, thanks so much for all your help and guidance. I love cats, and Bella the cat was there to welcome me and say goodbye. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place. I'd stay again on my next visit, insha'Allah.

Siran at reception deserves a special mention. She was attentive, supportive, and always ready to help, and I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Everyone, guests and staff alike, was friendly and willing to lend a hand. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the staff's genuine care made for a warm welcome from check-in. Breakfast was another highlight, with lots of fresh, tasty options in a calm setting. I left completely satisfied and with nothing but good impressions. A wonderful stay, and I'd gladly return. Thanks to the whole team for the excellent service.

The one small drawback was the reception staff. They could have been friendlier, more polite, and more informative. It wasn't a big issue, but a warmer welcome would improve the experience. The cleaning lady, though, was incredibly sweet and attentive. We asked if they could stop using perfume in our room because the smell was too strong, and she respected that straight away. The next day she even checked whether it was better, which made us feel looked after. Our room stayed very clean and well maintained throughout the visit. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a nice range to choose from. The central location made it easy to explore Istanbul on foot or by public transport, and it was very good value for money. We had a really great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
