Sureyya Hotel

For this price, the hotel is really good. It may not look like a typical three-star place, but the rooms and hospitality are a great deal. The AC worked, the breakfast was delicious, though sometimes cold, and the staff were really nice. The manager kept inviting us to have tea with him, so no complaints there. We asked for a thicker blanket because nights get colder, and they brought one to our room right away. I really can’t complain. Five stars!

It’s a decent place with okay service. The food was alright, but the rooms are quite small, dated, and not very clean. They could be better.

The meals were varied and delicious, and a special thanks to the chef for coming up with different dishes every day. The whole family enjoyed them. This feels like a genuinely family-friendly hotel, where both children and adults are comfortable and welcome. We had an excellent stay. The staff were professional, attentive, always smiling, and welcoming. Our rooms were carefully cleaned every day, the facilities were well maintained, and the service fully met our expectations. I’d highly recommend it to families looking for comfort, quality service, and a warm atmosphere.

Breakfast was terrible, and the service was very poor. There wasn’t even drinking water provided, no kettle in the room, and nothing available to drink.
