I felt completely safe here. Nobody came into my room, and they cleaned it when I asked. Everything was clean, with no bugs, and breakfast was good and enough. The whole team were kind and gentle, and the manager, who came by every two days to check on things, was kind too. I slept peacefully in the quiet area. There are restaurants and cafeterias nearby. It's far from the center, but the tram and metro are there. I highly recommend it.

The three guys at reception were so friendly, nice, and helpful, especially Mr. Seydi, Mr. Burak and Mr. Ertugrul. Thanks for making my time in Istambul memorable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. This hotel deserves five stars. You guys are awesome!

We were in Istanbul for my mother's hospital treatment and stayed at Istanbul Efes Hotel. The location near the hospital was excellent, and the staff helped us a lot with food and everyday needs during a difficult time. They were kind and supportive throughout. We arrived before check-in, but they let us in straight away so we could rest. The hotel was very clean. Highly recommended.

We'd love to come back! The rooms were very clean with modern furniture, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety. There's a top view, the bus and tram stop is 500 meters away, and food is everywhere at very good prices.

The breakfast was the best, and I still miss it. The kitchen staff, especially the women, were amazing and friendly. It's one of the best budget friendly hotels on Istanbul's European side, close to the Metro and within walking distance of Fatiah downtown and restaurants. The staff are very friendly, and I hope to stay again. There isn't a boiler in the room, though, so to make instant coffee, tea, or green tea, you have to go downstairs and ask for hot water.
