I was moved to a different building a bit away from the hotel, even though it was a bigger room and not the one I had booked. That meant I couldn't enjoy the rooftop views or the free coffee. They were also very reluctant to take card payment.

They charged my credit card twice and still haven't returned the money, even after I confronted them. The manager was extremely rude, and the staff were very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's been more than two weeks and I still haven't received the refund the manager promised. They charged me twice for the room, I have evidence, and they agreed to pay it back. Now they won't answer the phone. Such dishonest behavior brings a bad name to Turkish people. The attitude is pathetic, and I don't know what to do.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Everything was great, thanks so much to everyone.
