The breakfast buffet staff were always friendly, and Kaan helped me when I arrived. The staff overall were amazing, and the location is perfect, close to both the metro and the sea. I was disappointed that the room I'd booked and paid for in the Annexture A building wasn't available because of maintenance. I really liked its Galata Tower view and how quiet it was. I told the staff at check-in to move me back once it became available, but nobody let me know whether that could happen. I didn't follow up because I felt they'd update me if it mattered. Apart from that, this is an excellent hotel.

The place is a little old, but I found it clean and good for the price. Before I arrived, the front desk sent me the address and GPS location on WhatsApp, which was thoughtful. They kept my luggage overnight for free. Breakfast was included and decent, and eating on the pleasant terrace was a nice touch. My room was small but had a mini fridge, which surprised me. The bed was oddly missing a top sheet. Still, I had a very good experience.

Hasan is the main person for service and was very helpful with my questions and any problems. They also offer to clean the room and take care of that sort of thing. The view is great, the room is good, and the AC works perfectly. The location is right in the heart of Kadikoy, just a five-minute walk from the ferry to Istanbul's European side. For the price, it makes sense for either a short or long stay and is budget friendly. Just don't expect a five-star room like a Hilton. It's a good place if you're on a budget and mostly need somewhere to sleep and leave your stuff.

I found four bed bugs on the bed in an hour. I have photos and video, and caught one. After I told the manager, someone sprayed the room and said the problem was gone. I don't believe that's enough: bed bugs need thorough cleaning and repeat treatments to kill the eggs too. The manager refused to refund the unused nights, made excuses, and tried to say this was normal and somehow my fault. Sheets and towels are kept in the same closet, and there are cracks in the walls and under doors where bugs can move around. I believe the bugs are in all the rooms. Don't stay here, or you could carry eggs away on your luggage and bring bugs somewhere else. Now I have to deep clean all my clothes and luggage, and I still didn't get a refund for the nights I didn't stay.

Mr Hassan, the manager, was kind and helpful, and the other staff were friendly and ready to help too. The rooms were clean, and breakfast had enough variety and quantity. It's close to all kinds of stations, including Havaist, bus, ferry, tram, and minibus. A very good hotel, and one I'd recommend.
