The room's bed linen wasn't clean, the furniture was very dusty, and the curtains were dirty and stained. At checkout, we had to handle all our luggage ourselves without help. When we arrived, a staff member did help carry our suitcases, which we appreciated. The entire street was dug up for construction, something that hadn't been mentioned anywhere. Our taxi couldn't get close, so we had to carry our bags a long way. Checkout was at 12:00, but at 12:03 we got a call asking why we hadn't left. That felt unnecessarily impatient and rushed. The Booking.com photo showed a Bosphorus view, but there was no sea view at all, and the image didn't reflect the actual property. The location is relatively close to Taksim, but with the poor access, misleading presentation, and overall experience, we think there are better hotel options nearby.

Our apartment had a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, which was a lovely bonus. The place itself was comfortable and really pretty, with stylish, luxurious rooms. There are parking spaces out front, and the hosts were so kind that we felt right at home.

The room was a bit slanted, but it was fine, and the size was the main thing for me. Finding a room in Istanbul that's bigger than 15m² isn't easy. The hills all around, though, were uncomfortable for me.

The apartment looks like the pictures and was comfortable for couples or a group. I especially appreciated the quiet and the professional, friendly help from Hassan and Ramazan. They were always ready to assist with a smile. It's also close to Takseem square, and if I visit the area again, I'd choose this place first.

Everything inside the unit was new-looking and very clean, and it even had a washing machine. Getting there can be tricky since it's at the end of a very narrow street, and taxi drivers may have trouble finding it. Still, it's a pretty nice place.
