We could walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, or the tram in under ten minutes, which made exploring Istanbul easy and relaxed. Mansion Gorki is in a quiet spot just minutes from Sultanahmet’s main attractions, so it gave us both calm and convenience. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed, with modern bathroom fixtures, nice lighting, and small balconies. The staff clearly care about the place. They were warm and helpful, and offered local suggestions and transit tips. Staying here felt more like visiting a stylish friend’s home than a standard hotel. A good choice if you want comfort, style, and a personal feel.

The train is only about a five-minute walk away, and it makes getting around easy. Service was excellent and they were quick to respond. My room was cute, clean, and had a really comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well, which mattered in summer. Great rooms and location. I loved staying here!

Yusuf was a very nice host, and the rooms were modern and clean. Sultanahmet’s sights are easy to reach on foot, with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. For other parts of Istanbul, a cheap taxi or the metro works well, with the station about ten minutes from the hotel. It’s good value and I’d come back anytime. There’s no lift across the five floors, so check with Yusuf beforehand if stairs could be an issue. You can reach him on WhatsApp after booking. The bathroom is a bit small, but perfectly adequate.

Yusuf is a lovely host with a genuine interest in getting to know his guests. He welcomed us with Turkish tea and biscuits, and shared his own recommendations for Istanbul and beyond. He’s also honest about what the place offers. The rooms are clean, well equipped, and tastefully designed and decorated by Yusuf himself. Great location, and the restaurant downstairs is lovely too.

Atila met us at 11 pm and was very kind. We stayed for five days, and everything was excellent. To get here from the airport, we took the M11 metro, then a bus and a tram.
