The rooms are a little narrow, but there’s a free kitchenette on the sixth floor for everyone to use, where you can make your own breakfast. It’s a nice hotel near Aksaray station, and the staff are very welcoming.

I arrived around midnight and found out the hotel had cancelled my reservation without telling me, saying they were fully booked. I don’t understand how that can happen. Why accept a booking if there are no vacancies? They didn’t even try to help, just said they could do nothing. Very rude. Worst experience ever.

Our room at Maribor was so clean, and the workers were friendly. The hotel is close to the centre, metro, and tramvay. We had breakfast too, which helped us start the day well. It’s also very close to the police office station, so the area feels safe.

They asked me to cancel my reservation just one day before my stay, then wouldn't handle the cancellation themselves. A double shame. That was the least they could have done.
