Mars Hotel

The staff were so welcoming and kind, and everything was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Best hotel for getting some sleep 💯

Getting around was convenient: the hotel was close to where I needed to go, a 15-minute walk from the metro, and near both the minibus and bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful. But cleanliness was the main problem. They said they were short-staffed. We checked three rooms, and the last two were somewhat acceptable since I was only staying one night. The bed linens hadn’t been changed. When I saw how dirty they were and asked for clean ones, they sent me to another room. The towels may once have been white, but they were so old and badly washed that they’d gone dark. Also, don’t be surprised if you wake up and find someone in your room. I made eye contact with the cleaning lady as she came out of the bathroom. She’d opened the door and walked right in. Music was playing on my phone, and I said, “What are you doing? Close the door!” She stared at me for a long time, then I closed it.))) I think she was shocked to find someone there. Maybe the room was listed as empty. I hope they fix the hotel soon. I went in thinking perhaps someone had deliberately written a bad review and decided to give it a chance, but it really was like this.

I stayed a few days while receiving treatment at a nearby hospital. The hotel was clean and friendly, and the cleanliness was quite adequate.
