The only downside for me was that the beds felt a little too hard. Otherwise, the hosts were very nice, and the hotel was clean, tidy, and free of dodgy smells. Breakfast was fresh and good, with a continental buffet.

The only good parts were the man at reception and another staff member at breakfast. They wouldn't let me use the jacuzzi because I was wearing long swimming pants. Housekeeping didn't change the bed covers, wash the glasses in the bedroom, or leave coffee in the room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, and they didn't put out fresh towels.

We felt completely delighted with our stay at the Millennium Suites, which we chose after other travel advisors recommended it. The hotel sets a high bar for customer service, from the informative email after booking through the whole visit. Its location is excellent, a short walk from the major attractions. There's a local restaurant right next door, with plenty more options within a few blocks. Staying here felt like being with your own...
