The elevator kept getting stuck, and I was trapped in it twice. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Add an inconvenient location, prices far too high for what’s offered, and a truly awful breakfast, and the stay was already bad. The staff were unfriendly and condescending, and dealing with the owner afterward was no fun. He’s a young guy who seems to have no idea how to run a business. The whole place feels like minimum effort for maximum price. I can’t recommend it. It was horrible, horrible, horrible. The picture is of me stuck in the elevator.

The café food was really good, and the staff helped my family a lot as we traveled around Turkey. They were extremely kind and helpful throughout our few days there. Staying at Nan Hotel was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in Istanbul.

Breakfast ran until 2 pm, which suited us since we like sleeping in. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the bathrooms were clean and new too. We had a great experience at Nan Hotel, with very kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.

I felt right at home here. The location was nice, and everyone was kind and helpful. I had the best days of my trip in Istanbul, thanks to the good hospitality and decent staff. I really recommend staying here.

A simple café serves a good breakfast, and the air conditioning cooled the room well in the hot weather. The hotel is cozy, very clean and hygienic, with great service. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a good spot near Fatih mosque, restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of shops. I liked staying here, especially for a trip focused on exploring the country.
