I explored a lot of historic Istanbul from this well-located apartment, including the Anatolian side, and getting around was easy. The hosts are professional and easy to reach when you need help. I’ll definitely try to book here again on my next Istanbul trip.

The host made this a wonderful stay, and was friendly and always ready to help. The location was ideal too: Galata tower and Karakoy are both a five-minute walk away, with lots of other places close by. If stairs aren’t a problem for you, this place is a must-book.

Right near Galata tower, so the location is central, and they kindly let us check out 30 minutes early. But the bathroom was mouldy and the tiniest I’ve ever seen. We were on the 4th floor, with a lot of stairs and no elevator. Keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage, mobility issues, or children.

The price was good, but it’s noisy, and climbing up with luggage is difficult. A light bag is about all I’d bring. The service was pretty awful too. I called the hotline to ask where we could leave our luggage, and the person who answered yelled, actually screamed at us. My ears hurt afterward. I don’t know who he was, but he was very rude. Someone else called back and spoke nicely, but when I rang support three times, that same rude guy always picked up.
