This is one of my favorite hotels in Istanbul, and I've been coming for more than 2 years. Abi Ibrahim and Dawood are very welcoming. It's suitable for elderly people, with the tram station a 1-minute walk away. Hafiz Mustafa is in the next building, and services are all around.

The staff are the best in Istanbul, attentive and so helpful. Volkan bey is a pleasure to deal with and gave me great recommendations for local spots. The location is great, and I’ll stay here on future trips.

Ibrahim and Volcan were wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is in an ideal location. We had a really pleasant stay, though the rooms were on the small side.

The beds were comfortable, and staff were around to offer advice and arrange a taxi back to the airport. The hotel is right by the T1 tram station, with loads of bars and restaurants close by.

The reception team were friendly and smiling whenever we came and went, and they checked that we were okay and had what we needed. A special thanks to davut and ibrahim. The room was clean every day, and everything in it worked. They left 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee cups, 2 coffee, and 2 tea bags each day, with a kettle in the room. Cleaning and fresh towels and tissue were available daily or whenever we wanted. That was more than I expected, so I wasn't disappointed at all. After checking lots of hotels, I found the best price around i̇stanbul here. The location is amazing, and you can get to famous places easily without even needing a taxi. We stayed for 5 nights. Thank you all so much 💯❤️
