Our room was spotless and quiet, with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the rooftop views. Breakfast had a tasty range of choices. Tria Hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable, and its location made exploring the old city easy, with many famous sights just a short walk away. The staff really stood out: everyone was welcoming, professional, and ready to help with requests or recommendations. They made us feel valued.

We had a great time here. The location was great, and the restaurant food was lovely. One evening, a man sang and played guitar while we were having dinner, which was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and clearly wanted guests to have the best experience. 10/10, would recommend!

A lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the old city, with amazing staff and service. The rooms are tiny, and depending on luck, yours may not have a view. Food was tasty and priced well compared with similar places. What stood out most for me was the staff, their suggestions, and the security. Would recommend.

I work in hospitality, and this was honestly the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. I’ve been lucky enough to visit five-star and luxury hotels, but none matched the attention to detail at Tria Hotel from beginning to end. The rooms, building, decor, lobby music, restaurant, breakfast, cleanliness, and warm atmosphere were all exceptional. The people working there made the difference. I wish I’d remembered everyone’s name so I could thank each person individually. Every staff member we met was kind, polite, and welcoming. To me, real luxury is feeling safe, cared for, and at home for a few days, and they gave us that feeling. They shared helpful information about the city, offered us çay or kahve while we waited in the lobby, treated us sweetly at breakfast and dinner, helped with our luggage, and kept our room so clean. I’m grateful for all their work, and the manager seems like a rockstar at his job. Istanbul already has a special place in my heart. This was my second visit, and I’ll be back many times. I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Tria. Maybe it sounds a little melodramatic, but I feel like I left a piece of my heart there 😂❤️ Çok çok teşekkür ederiz her şey için❤️❤️❤️

It’s a well-kept, nice hotel, and the staff are friendly and understand English well. Our room was soundproof and quiet, despite the very touristy area, and the main attractions are close by. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. I wouldn’t choose to eat at the hotel restaurant, though, since there are definitely better options around town.
