The location was convenient, and the room felt cozy and comfortable from the start. Everything was very clean. The receptionist was always smiling and so helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

Watch out for bedbugs. The rooms are gross and don’t look like the photos, which usually show just one angle. There was dust and hair everywhere, and no elevator. We were fooled by the good reviews, so don’t book.

It’s a small hotel, but the rooms were clean and really comfortable. The receptionist helped me a lot when I wasn’t feeling well. I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Highly recommended.

The room was small, clean, and cozy, and the warm shower was very good. The woman at the front desk helped me a lot and even walked me to a telephone shop to get a power outlet adapter.

We found bed bugs under the mattress, and the room was extremely dirty. The website shows only part of the room, and the rest was in a horrible state, including a massive hole in the wall behind the painting. The staff only speak Russian, which made communication difficult. We left 20 minutes after finding the bed bugs and didn’t stay for the rest of our trip. The owner is deleting photos and opinions from Google, so beware before you book.
