The views from above the 30th floor are wonderful, and the place feels spacious, clean, and modern. Shops and food are close by. Getting a taxi can take a while, and it's a bit far from the European side of town. The walls are thin, so you hear everything in the hallways as well as outside and in the traffic. Expect to be woken every day at 6:30 by the mosque speakers.

We rented the apartment through Airbnb at a reasonable price and stayed for two weeks, using one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments on the 18th and 33rd floors. The view facing the Bosphorus Bridge is striking. There are good apartment amenities, though longer stays would benefit from more facilities for guests. The building has 24-hour security, a pool, sauna, snooker and 8-ball tables in the hall, ping pong, and a soft play area for kids. It snowed for four days during our stay. Restaurants and grocery shops are a 10-minute walk away. It's also easy to get to entertainment and the mega mall, shopping centers on the Asian side, and sightseeing spots on the European side.

The bus stop is right outside, and the metro is less than a 10-minute walk away. It's a nice place in a lovely neighborhood, with a pool, gym, supermarket, and almost everything you need nearby.

Oryapark Residence is a modern, well-kept complex in a strategic part of Istanbul, with easy access to main roads and public transport. The buildings look stylish, and the apartments are spacious with quality finishes. Security is there 24/7. The gym, pool, and shared areas are clean and well managed. A comfortable, safe option for families and professionals.
