Ottoman Luxury Hotel

The breakfast was very poor, and the stay didn’t come close to matching the price, photos, or expectations. The room was old, dirty, and extremely small, nothing like Booking’s pictures and description. I even found a cockroach. There were four of us, and when I asked about an extra guest, they said she could join us. They didn’t provide an extra bed, blanket, or pillow despite repeated requests. Then at checkout they suddenly demanded extra payment and threatened to call the police. From the moment we checked in, I was shocked and wanted to cancel. The reservation was non-refundable, and the hotel didn’t help. It was the worst experience I’ve had in Istanbul, and in my life. I spent a lot, and many hotels would give better service for that price. I’ll never forget this bad experience, and I’ll never stay here again.
