I booked a week but left after one night. I was recovering from cosmetic surgery, in pain and weak, and the room was unbearable. It seemed infested with bedbugs, and the cleanliness was shocking: dust and clumps of hair around the room, stained sheets, and a disgusting bathroom with visible hygiene problems. When I reported it, the hotel told me to contact Amex, the third party I booked through. After I got home and did that, I learned the hotel was claiming I had never checked out. That’s completely false, and I have proof I stayed at another hotel during those dates. Staff were rude and unhelpful too. Don’t book here, look elsewhere.

We were invited to a friend’s birthday on the rooftop, but the alcohol prices were deliberately raised, which felt like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend going there for a special event.

We were lucky to get a top-floor room with sea views and a view across the city, and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. The room was clean, and the location was ideal for walking to Taksim Square and Galata Tower, though it’s up a hill. We stayed a couple of nights. Breakfast was the letdown: dull and short on choices.

The location was good and breakfast decent, but I booked a week and left after three nights. The manager marked me as a no-show so he wouldn’t have to refund me. I moved to a much nicer hotel across the street, where they said they often hear the same complaint. I paid for a 20m room and got one that was 12m at most. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures and were filthy. I complained and was ignored.

The breakfast menu and quality were just average, and the weekend noise was awful. I was on the seventh floor, with loud music from the eighth until 2 AM, followed by tables and chairs being dragged around until 3 AM. During my five nights, the room and items like the TV remote and hair dryer were very dirty. This was my worst hotel experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
