The staff made a strong impression too, especially Mehmet at reception, Mehmet at the entrance, and the person who helped me connect to Wi-Fi. They were courteous and efficient. A few details could make the stay feel more like a five-star experience: the white towels and bed linens should be in pristine condition, and the occasional bathroom drain smell could be addressed. The team’s dedication to service is clear, and I look forward to coming back.

The breakfast was bland and very ordinary, with nothing that stood out. The instant coffee was awful both in the rooms and at breakfast, and it felt like you had to buy overpriced coffee at the store instead. For coffee drinkers, that gets expensive, especially on a long stay with eight people like ours. No one from client relations seemed available. They never replied to messages or requests, before or during the stay. We had a pay-on-arrival reservation, but they tried to charge the card before we arrived. For this price, there are a million better options. It didn't feel worth the cost or the five-star label.

The room was kept clean and tidy, and room service was good, though the menu was limited. Titus and the rest of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I stayed for a week while accompanying a friend. Street-facing rooms are noisy, but that's to be expected on a busy main road. The hotel should improve the TVs, with more channels and maybe smart TVs or phone mirroring.
