The Time Hotel Marina

The breakfast was a letdown, with limited choices, especially for anyone who can’t have gluten. My wife explained her dietary needs, but no accommodations were made. The pool was very cold, the jacuzzi wasn’t working, and I wish the staff had been more proactive. The room itself was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff were polite and respectful. The sauna and Turkish bath were excellent. The location was convenient too, with shopping malls and lots of restaurants nearby.

We found no drinking water, shampoo or shower gel in the room, and the breakfast choices were limited. The staff could have been warmer and friendlier. The hotel was clean and the decoration was pleasant, but privacy was an issue. Although our door was locked, a staff member opened it. I called out that the room was occupied, and when I went to the door, they said, “It wasn’t locked.” Apparently we were meant to press the “Do Not Disturb” button beside the door, but nobody had told us. They could still open the locked door with a card.

The quick, professional service and the whole team’s kindness made us feel welcome. Everyone greeted us with a smile and was ready to help. Sibal deserves a special mention, she was amazing, and her warmth and hospitality made the stay unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and great service 🤍

The staff were amazing, especially the people who helped carry my luggage. I really appreciate it. Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety, and the room was spacious and nice. I stayed four days and had a good experience overall. The curtains were difficult to close and fell when I tried. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, though the other services were nice.
