Renova Old City Apartment Hotel

I booked this holiday through TUI, and I honestly don't know how much of the money went to the hotel. After this, I won't book a holiday through them again. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give the hotel a 2. The room was dusty, which set off my allergies and left my partner congested every night. The bedding was extremely dirty and covered in hairs. The bathroom and shower were dirty and smelled bad, parts of the ceiling were missing, and some ornaments were missing too. There was also a boiler in our cupboard that kept running, so we didn't sleep well. I got sick after two days with the worst flu I've ever had. Breakfast was just okay: olives, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, plenty of jam, tea, instant coffee, juice, and something like angel cake, but no butter or margarine. I wouldn't recommend it. The staff were friendly, though there was no reception whatsoever. I don't know what the seven days cost or how much TUI paid the hotel, but TUI has some explaining to do.
