I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. The owner was rude and insulting, and at one point physically pushed me. During our roughly two months there, my friends and I rented several rooms, and he repeatedly tried to change the prices in his favor and overcharge us. He refused card payments, which I believed was to avoid paying taxes. When we booked through Booking.com, he tried to refuse our check-in to avoid the platform commission, causing constant stress and conflict. He was also disrespectful toward my girlfriend and made unwanted whistling noises at her, which left us uncomfortable and unsafe. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

We’ve been coming to Rose Point for years, and each visit leaves me feeling more appreciated. Erdem and Cem Onur are always kind and patient. Staying with them is peaceful, clean, and cozy. I recommend the place.

Cem made our very early arrival after a long-haul flight easy, even offering us coffee. He gave us a hand with our suitcases when we were assigned a unit on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor, but that extra flight wasn’t really an issue with his help. According to Cem, the hotel had been open about 4 months. Our unit was fresh and clean, with clean linen, a bedroom and living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a huge new refrigerator and washing machine. A grab bar in the shower would help elderly guests, and a mirror in the bedroom would be useful. We had a very pleasant stay at Rose Point. It felt like home. Many thanks to Cem and his colleague.
