Samir Deluxe Hotel

The location made it easy to get to restaurants, cafes, public transport, and the main attractions. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of choice. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The place itself is very nice and I’d recommend it for comfort, location, and service. One thing that could be better: the bed could have been cleaner.

Getting around was easy since all kinds of transport were only a few minutes away, which helped a tourist like me. The staff were so nice and respectful, and I really enjoyed the stay. The room was good, though the bathroom was a little too small and uncomfortable. Everything else was good. Thank you for having us, and I wish you the best.

Latif looked after us and helped with everything, and the customer service was about as good as it gets. The hotel is very well placed, close to the M2 and tram, with the Grand Bazar and some great places to eat within walking distance. The rooms could use improvement, but the stay was worth it overall.

The only person who made a good impression was the lovely housekeeping lady. She was kind, hardworking, and the one staff member who acted professionally. The rest of the stay left us disappointed and frustrated, and we won't return. We booked a deluxe double but were put in a cramped single room with broken air conditioning, a TV that didn't work, and basic amenities missing. After repeated complaints, an older receptionist who seemed more professional eventually moved us to the room we'd paid for. Staff were mostly unprofessional, with no greetings or help and little interest. At breakfast we had to ask someone to clean our dirty table, and the young staff member looked annoyed and muttered something in Turkish. The walls let through every sound, and cleanliness and comfort were below standard. The hotel looks much better in photos than in person, and doesn't deserve its four-star claim. Two stars would be generous. After all that, getting a WhatsApp asking us to leave a 10/10 review felt insulting. They seem more concerned with inflated ratings than guest satisfaction.
