The team was the best, and the room was made up so nicely. Nermine ♥️ deserves a thank you. Thanks to serenity suites for all the services, and may Allah bless you all. The food, though, isn’t consistently good. It seems to depend on the day and your luck.

The staff were lovely and their service was good. After the room was cleaned, it smelled really nice.

At 2 am, the receptionist left eight of us, including three children, out on the street. We managed to call a nearby hotel and check in there without a problem. We’d booked three rooms for eight people online and called ahead to say we’d arrive after midnight, but on arrival the staff claimed the booking covered only six. I showed the confirmation email, and their attitude changed, though they said correcting it would take a long time. While they tried to sort it out, they noticed one of the children, aged 13, had a copy of their ID rather than the original. Both parents were there, but the receptionist still refused to let us check in. He was rude and made no effort to help. If you want to deal with bureaucracy at a private hotel, this is the place. There are plenty of hotels with nicer people, so stay away if you can.

The people working here are amazingly friendly, speak English, and seem ready to do anything for customers. There’s a beautiful pool, a nice gym, and the view is amazing. The rooms, though, aren’t as clean as you’d expect for four stars. Some sinks are clogged, the shower barely has any water pressure, and dust is everywhere. They wipe the floors with Windex bottles and maps, with no water, and don’t dust or clean the showers. It mostly seems to be garbage pickup, floor wiping, and replacing towels. There’s no set cleaning time, so cleaners might show up at 11 am, 2 pm, or 3 pm. Sometimes we had no towels and had to call to get someone to come. The walls are terrible for noise. I’ve now gone five nights in a row without sleeping properly, and it’s 12:50 am as I write this. Each night something has woken me up. The elevator is in the middle of the building, and you hear it go up and down like it’s in your bedroom. You can hear every step from the room above and babies crying through the walls. They’ve also been fixing the elevators at 1 am, hammering and drilling. Ridiculous setup. If you’re booking because of ACIBADEM and need somewhere quiet and peaceful to heal, don’t stay here. You’ll regret it the first night.
