Seyithan Palace Spa Hotel

We booked for 9 people, paying part in cash and making one booking through Booking.com. The rooms were very dirty, smelled bad, and had cracked walls. More than four of us wanted to leave immediately, but the hotel refused. We had also tried to cancel through Booking.com the day before arrival, but that was denied and no refund was offered. Even guests who left as soon as they arrived were asked to pay. Several rooms went unused, yet the hotel is still demanding more money and keeps adding charges each day without a clear explanation. This was a very bad experience with Seyithan Palace Spa Hotel. Be extremely careful and think twice before booking.

I’ve visited 90 countries, and this was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. My first room had no air conditioning and a double bed that had just been made up. They moved me to a room with a broken window, and then I found bed bugs in the middle of the night. The hotel wouldn’t change the room again or take care of the laundry. They also claimed to have a spa and swimming pool, but those are run by another company. Pool access costs €25.

Breakfast had a delicious range of fresh options, and the hotel had an elegant but welcoming feel that made it easy to relax. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at Seyithan Palace Hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

The main problem was the beds and mattresses. Mine had a huge dip in the middle, the first time I’ve slept on a mattress like that. It seemed like it hadn’t been replaced since the discovery of America. The photos show a swimming pool and spa as if they’re part of the hotel, but they belong to a separate company and hotel guests have to pay separately. Don’t trust the photos or book here.
