The room was dirty when we checked in and needed cleaning, but my friend and I still had a good time during our three nights. It felt safe, and the staff were kind and helped whenever we asked. I don’t have any pictures of the room, unfortunately.

The restroom door lock was broken, and the frame on the single bed was broken too. The hotel guy said they’d fix it in the morning and told us to put the mattress on the floor for the night. We’d booked a triple room for three people, with one double bed and one single, but the single bed had no blanket or comforter. When we asked, the guy refused and said one room gets one blanket, with no extras. Because of the language barrier, we couldn’t argue much. Really disappointing, with terrible service and no regard for guests. Highly not recommended.

I booked and paid for a “Triple Deluxe Room with kitchen, balcony, and disabled access” (Booking ID 626373635), but on arrival they tried to put me in a tiny, inferior room without a kitchen or balcony. Management admitted they didn’t have the room I’d paid for, yet refused a refund for my €468. They told Agoda they’d “offered options,” but those were inferior rooms worth half the price. I had to involve the Tourist Police (Zabıta) and the Ministry of Tourism (176). The property is listed on Agoda despite local restrictions, and it seems to use this legal grey area to scam tourists. I’m currently proceeding with a bank chargeback for fraud. Look at their reply to my review and the other negative reviews, and it’s blatantly clear to me that they’re dishonest. Be careful, people. This is a bait and switch scam. Don’t book here. Save your money and trip by staying somewhere that respects the law and its guests. Dishonest management.

The location is inconvenient, down a steep hill, so expect to haul your luggage uphill. The receptionist was very rude and showed no concern. I booked for five people through booking and had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, he said there were no rooms. He made no effort to help. It looked to me like they’d cancelled so they could resell at a higher rate after prices went up. I’d read another review describing exactly the same thing, so this doesn’t seem like a one-off mistake. They play games with confirmed bookings, treat guests badly, and seem to care only about making more money. I don’t recommend this hotel. There are better, cheaper, more professional places nearby. I really want to see how they’ll defend themselves in a reply. Definitely avoid it.
