I’m giving this place one star for the location and breakfast alone. Most of the staff were okay and friendly, though one person was rude and unprofessional. The room needed more attention when it came to cleaning. Basic things travelers usually expect, like a toothbrush, enough shampoo, and slippers, weren’t provided.

The location is good, but there are several service issues. Our room phone didn’t work, and the staff couldn’t get it fixed during our three-day stay. They provide very few toiletries, and drinking water is only supplied on the first day. Guests aren’t allowed, and they ask for an extra charge.

The rooms weren’t cleaned well. Water is free only for the first day, and you have to ask to get tea bags, instant coffee, or sugar put in the room.

The reception staff are really friendly. Breakfast was good, though it could be better. The hotel was very good overall, about 8.5/10.

The room felt old and worn, but the noise at night was the worst part. It was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at all, and it was unbearable. I don’t understand the four-star rating, this feels like no more than a two-star hotel.
