Mehmet went out of his way to help us. We were staying next door at Metropark, but the hill was a problem when we were pushing strollers, so we wanted to move and get a room at Taksim. Mehmet and Kursat were amazing, and the whole experience was great.

We booked two months ahead, but the Iran-USA conflict disrupted our flights and forced us to change our plans. I didn’t ask for a refund, only to move the dates. After ten requests, with Booking.com also trying to help, the hotel still showed no sympathy. Staff were very rude and angry when we spoke. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she “doesn’t have time to talk” to guests. It’s shocking for a hospitality business to treat customers this way during a global emergency. Management was very poor. If you care about customer service or might need any flexibility, avoid this hotel.

Tuksim Square is a lovely place to visit, with a really welcoming vibe. When the weather’s good, it’s perfect for relaxing. It’s charming and beautiful, and makes for a fun, memorable time.

We stayed in room 711 from January 6th to January 11th. It’s a really nice hotel in a perfect spot, right at the end of Istiklal Street. The staff were very helpful, especially Emre, who was especially helpful to me.
