Inncity Hotel Nişantaşı

The neighborhood was peaceful, and the hotel was clean and pleasant, with a convenient location. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help whenever needed. I'd happily recommend staying here.

When we got back that evening, the bag of new things I'd bought was gone. It was odd that it disappeared after the cleaning staff had been in. We asked reception to check the security footage, but they kept showing us the wrong date. Only after I pushed them to show the date I'd asked about did we see me arrive carrying the bag. They said they weren't responsible and had no idea where it went. The hotel is stealing your stuff. Bad service and a bad attitude.

The rooms were smaller than expected, though the rest of the experience made that easy to overlook. Everything was very clean, and the staff were warm and helpful. We encountered several receptionists over our 10-day stay last month, and they were all polite and accommodating. Vohit helped us get through checkout smoothly. The hotel is right in the heart of Sisli, close to everything.

The price felt good for the quality, and the room service was good too. Our room was clean and non-smoking, in pleasant surroundings just 3 minutes from the metro station. When I asked to extend by one day, they wanted me to switch rooms. I didn't find that very professional, and I'd never had that happen at another hotel.
