Roza at the front desk was a big help and spoke pretty good English. Busra the nurse was great too, and I appreciated how helpful the staff were. The neighborhood felt safe, with restaurants and a market nearby, and the downtown square was close enough to make getting around easy. Breakfast was good as well. It’s not a Ritz-Carlton, but for Turkey it’s about as good as you can ask for. I had a good stay.

After a long flight, the strong, hot shower in a great room was just what I needed. ROSA at the front counter was so welcoming, had excellent English, and answered all my questions with a great smile. She also gave me good advice about places to eat. EFA was lovely too. I’d highly recommend the hotel and its staff!

The room was fine and breakfast was good, though the staff were mostly so-so. There were restaurants and ATMs nearby, but it took about half an hour by car to reach old Istanbul, with its larger, more established hotels. Getting the room cleaned wasn’t as easy as it should’ve been, and both times we asked about Uber taxi rides there was confusion.

The dining staff were a bright spot. Ahmed and Melisa were friendly, and Ahmed chatted with me for a while. Chef Meryem put a lot of care into the dishes and made thoughtful food. Breakfast was nice, too. The room had a bit of a smoke smell, including in part of the bathroom. It was also loud outside, and we could hear the neighbors on both sides.

Ahmad and Melissa did a great job preparing breakfast, and the dining room was very clean. There was just about everything you could need, and the food was really good.
