The apartment is close to all the sightseeing spots, and it’s only a minute’s walk to the tram station. I liked the high counter for our family to share meals and breakfast. A cooker and sink would make it perfect as a proper pantry, though the microwave is already a great amenity you don’t get in a typical hotel. Great stay.

Communication was smooth and professional, and I had no problems during my stay. The room was spotless, tidy, and clearly looked after with care. It was quiet and comfortable, so I could really relax. A wonderful stay, and I’d recommend the place and be happy to come back.

Getting around was easy with a tram stop close by, and the place itself felt cozy with everything working as it should. Elif was quick to reply and really helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Elif and the UQ Team were friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything we needed. The modern place is comfortable, has an elevator, and puts many of Old Town Istanbul's historic sights within walking distance. A great find, highly recommend it.

Everything was close by, from food and shopping to the train and historic sights, all under a 10-minute walk. We enjoyed our three nights at the Urban Quarters and will definitely return. Ten-star location and service, thanks Urban Quarters!
