The hotel’s warm atmosphere helped me feel settled while I was recovering from surgery. The cleaning lady was so thoughtful and kind, even though we couldn’t speak the same language. Her smile said plenty. Whenever I needed ice packs, Okan was there for me, even in the middle of the night. I’m especially grateful for his compassion and how reliably he helped. The receptionists were welcoming too. The location made everything easy, with just about anything I needed nearby. I’m very thankful for the care I received and would gladly recommend the hotel.

I thought the price was very affordable for the service, room, and location. The people there were nice and helpful, and it’s a pleasant place to stay. I’ll pick it again on my next trip to Istanbul 👍

The bathroom smelled awful, like a sewer, and using it made me feel like vomiting. I also found hair left by the previous guest in the shower, and the room was very small. At night, I saw a cockroach on the bed. It made me sick. The room was filthy. Don’t book here, it could ruin your trip!

Room 503 upstairs was quiet, and I slept peacefully there. When I asked to add another day at the same price, they moved me to standard room 203 downstairs. It was tiny. I’m a big man and need more space, so that was disappointing. It felt like a room built only for Chinese people.
