The hotel feels very secure, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms are awesome, especially the amazing bathroom. It’s in a good spot, right by the train station and several restaurants.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was filthy and such a mess, with hair everywhere. The room hadn’t been cleaned when we got it. The man at the front desk said they didn’t have anyone to clean and only cleaned rooms after two days. It was terrible from the moment we arrived.

It’s in a nice location, very close to the tram stop. The staff are friendly, especially Serdal at reception. He’s a lovely guy, welcoming, easy to communicate with in English, and very accommodating about what we wanted.

I came across this hotel by chance and had a good, peaceful stay in a clean room. I also got to meet the owner, Mr. Abdullah, who was kind and welcoming. Mrs. Sarah at reception was lovely too, very helpful and gracious. We’ll meet again here, as I’ll definitely come back.

A tucked-away boutique hotel with parking, though finding the correct motorway turnoff isn’t easy. Būsra at reception was very kind and helpful. See you again.
