10/10
The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, and clearly doing their best to make guests feel welcome. The location is excellent, though the rooms are small, which is what you'd expect in a spot like this. The hotel is a little old and worn, and the shower faucets and head could use some attention. Breakfast was plain and simple, but the breakfast service was great.

We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible view of the Hagia Sophia. The hotel was comfortable, in a fantastic location, and the service and hospitality made us feel very welcome.

The only drawback was the noise, whether from staff or guests, since sound carries. Otherwise, this lovely little hotel is perfectly placed near the museums and mosques. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were great. I highly recommend it.

This is a dated hotel in an excellent location, with consistently great breakfast and very friendly, helpful service staff. But beware of fraud. At checkout, the person at the desk deliberately tried to add € 100 to my bill. When I objected, he picked up a paper that had been right in front of him showing the correct amount in large print, then accepted that amount. Some people say this is common practice in Turkey.

One of my favorite hotel stays ever. The location was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating.
