The view from the third floor made the stairs worth it, even though there's no elevator. The hotel is handy for catching buses to get around, and the room had much-needed AC. There's no breakfast, but lots of nearby places to eat, including a great bakery right next door. The coffee at Vento cafe is good too. Staff were very nice, and Mert was quick to respond on WhatsApp whenever we needed something. For the price, it was a great experience and I'd definitely stay here again.

I couldn't sleep the next night at all. The room had ants, spiders and other bugs, and I woke up with itchy bites. Though the rooms are cleaned regularly, I found hairs and stains on the sheets, and cleaning clearly wasn't enough to stop the infestation. When I asked to change rooms, they said the hotel was full and that they'd clean mine instead. The staff were nice at first and even offered me free coffee while I waited for my room, but they didn't speak English, which made it harder to communicate. I called the manager to ask for a refund, and he told me to contact Booking. A complete nightmare and a really bad experience.

My reservation was confirmed, but the hotel cancelled it at 9:45 PM, just hours before check-in. The manager then asked me to cancel it myself on Booking.com, which was extremely unprofessional since the booking was confirmed. I messaged them right away and got no reply. The lack of communication and disregard for customers was unacceptable. I wouldn't trust this place for a reliable, worry-free stay.
