Vespia Hotel

The room cleaning staff were great, and the hotel itself was fit for purpose. Reception staff, though, seemed indifferent when we arrived and didn't explain the facilities. We only discovered on our own that there was a nice open-buffet style area open from 13:00 to 21:00. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant on arrival, and the food was abysmal. The pizza base was clearly pre-frozen, and the beef sprinkled on top was probably cooked a few days earlier. I would have given the hotel top marks if reception had been more welcoming.

The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, while even the lifts were immaculately clean. Vespia Hotel Istanbul makes a strong first impression with an elegant entrance. The care and quality made the whole stay feel like it went beyond five stars. A perfect choice for comfort, luxury, and hospitality in Istanbul.

I'm on the second day of a 3-night, 4-day stay, and I'm very satisfied so far. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and everyone I've met has been genuinely friendly and helpful. There's a bus stop right out front, which makes getting around easy. A nice surprise is the buffet and lounge on the first floor, open from 1 PM to 9 PM. It has a good selection of snacks, desserts, and drinks, and the quality is better than I expected. It's a handy place to take a break after a busy day without going out again. I come to Istanbul every year for an event, and I can easily see myself staying here next year.

We're from Sri Lanka, and it's our first visit to Istanbul. Hotel Vespia in Beylikdüzü has made the trip feel perfect. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, with daily cleaning to keep them that way. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to help whenever we need something. Their service has been superb, and we're very grateful. Highly recommend!
