The rooms are roomy and everything looks clean and cared for. Mine even had three beds. You could probably pick at a few tiny bathroom details if you looked closely, but they were minor. What stood out most was the welcome from Emre at reception. He’s young, but very professional and clearly makes an effort to sort out whatever comes up. That kind of service really adds something. Thanks to Emre and the management for making the hotel feel warm. Five stars from me.

I couldn’t bring myself to use the spa after seeing the state of the room. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and when I asked for it to be disinfected, the person assigned to the job didn’t seem to know how to use the cleaning materials. I changed rooms, but the toilet bin there was full too, and neither the toilet nor bathroom had been cleaned. Breakfast was a very small meal, not a buffet. There was also a strange film on the mirror when it steamed up, and I still don’t know why. I stayed one night, but I won’t forget it. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

There’s no lunch or dinner service, though you can bring in outside food and eat it in the designated area. Breakfast is continental, with an omelette available if you want one. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Emre and the colleague whose name I’ve forgotten. They were always smiling and ready to help. Our room was cleaned regularly, even though we were told at check-in that cleaning was by request. It was spacious and modern, with a large bathroom and shower. Nice hotel.

The breakfast was exactly the same each morning: an omelette, three slices of salami, three slices of yellow cheese and three cherry tomatoes. During our ten days there, getting a cleaner to come in felt like something we had to pray for. When someone did come, they left toilet paper and folded the towels we’d already used, and turned the sheets inside out. The hotel is poorly maintained. Our room wasn’t clean at check-in, the bathroom was in very bad shape, and there were stains on the curtains and walls. I’d never stay here again.
