After I finally got to sleep, I woke to banging doors and people walking around. Then my hand started itching, and I found insects in the bed that had bitten me. I left upset at 3:30 in the morning and told them what happened. They moved me to another room, but I was anxious about insects all night and couldn't sleep until I left in the morning. This started when I arrived with an online booking and was told I had to pay extra or there'd be no room. I refused, and after making me wait 10 minutes they gave me a ground-floor room with a door that wouldn't close. I turned that room down, but they said they'd fix the door at midnight. I waited until then, and they did fix it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and Taifun Yildirim, the hotel owner, is a real gentleman and a good manager. We spent nine days at this new hotel. Our first room had a jacuzzi, but it was a bit noisy because it faced the street, so we moved. From the second day we stayed in room 504, which was comfortable and quiet. It's very close to Park Shopping Mall, with lots of bars, restaurants, and bakeries. I hope to see him again soon, and I highly recommend the hotel.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and taxis and buses are easy to get. The hotel is well placed near the park, and being just 5 minutes from City Center shopping mall was a great extra.

Glad to have made it out of this hotel safely. The sheets were dirty, and when I asked the receptionist for an iron, he tried to scam me by saying it would cost 100 TR per T-shirt and trousers. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The food was horrible, too. I woke up covered in bites, and when I lifted my pillow there was a big fat bed bug. BED BUGS ALERT, stay away.
