Dust kept coming into our room, and loud noise from morning until 6pm made it impossible to sleep. We didn’t feel safe at all. We left early, and the only compensation offered was a bowl of watermelon, which is already part of breakfast. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I don’t usually leave bad reviews. I’m writing this to warn tourists who might not know what condition the hotel is in. Don’t stay here, even if it’s free.

The rooms are in very bad shape, and the manager is awful. They don’t fix anything. Tuna is the only decent guy; the other managers are a big problem. The rooms need to be redone, including the carpets and beds. Definitely don’t come here.

The lobby looks clean and nice, but the rooms are disgusting. I stayed in room 421 from January 4th to the 8th, and the room was filthy, the carpets were filthy, and the bath was broken. The cleaners didn’t want to give me clean towels when I asked. Staff were very rude and unwelcoming, and check-in took at least 20 minutes. They charged me 30 euros at checkout for one can of Red Bull, a bottle of water, and a chocolate bar. I’d never stay here again. It has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I wouldn’t recommend it. This hotel is a disgrace.

After a long trip, I arrived to an unwelcoming reception. I’d called in advance to make a paid reservation and confirm I’d check in at 10 PM, but still waited about ten minutes, which felt far too long. They also changed my room without telling me, even though I’d been promised another one when booking. The staff member spoke to me in a condescending way that made me feel like a student rather than a valued guest. I’d hoped for a better stay, but it was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re visiting the nearby hospital.
