The rooms are roomy, and breakfast is both tasty and filling. Everyone on staff is kind and ready to help. It's a calm, peaceful place where I can unwind after each work trip.

We had two bookings through Booking.com, one for my parents and one for us, but the hotel's system was missing one of them. Even with our confirmation and proof of payment, the hotel first refused to contact Booking.com and didn't want to help, saying it wasn't their issue. The staff were aggressive and disrespectful. The front office manager in particular laughed at us and accused us of lying and stealing. We had to reach Booking.com ourselves and suggest a way forward. Thankfully, two of her colleagues handled the discussion professionally and helped resolve it. We've never run into anything like this before. It was a really unpleasant and stressful experience.

The restaurant was amazing, with excellent food and top class service, and the staff throughout the hotel were polite and kind. I loved the beautiful hotel, its large room, and the nice location. Everything exceeded what I expected. I'd love to stay here again in the future. Five stars.

An accidental stay turned out to be great value. We paid just a few bucks to move up to a Deluxe Suite, and it was well worth it. The city view was great, the restaurant was superb, and the location worked perfectly. The front desk team was very accommodating too.
