I'm from India and stayed here for a few days. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, caring, and helpful at every turn. Emir and Muammer especially, you were so warm and friendly. In short, Palminn hotel is the best place to stay in izmir.

The reception staff were excellent, respectful, and professional. The location is good and the price is reasonable compared with nearby hotels. The room doors still use manual keys, the carpets are quite worn, and the hotel could use some repairs. Breakfast was standard Turkish style. It was acceptable for a one-night stay.

The people at The Palm Inn made my stay feel personal, safe, and sincerely welcoming. Ece greeted guests warmly at breakfast each morning, always with a smile and a friendly chat. Aysel and Kerim helped me with practical things like finding ATMs and local services, and showed me the authentic neighbourhood just minutes from the hotel. There are lovely little eateries, hairdressers, and local businesses nearby that give the area a real community feel. Kaan was patient and attentive. He explained local dishes, placed orders for me, and made sure everything arrived right. When I needed an ATM late in the evening, Volcan guided me to a secure spot near Basmane station and made sure I felt safe. Sedef at reception was composed, professional, and warm, even when things got busy, and was always ready to help. I'd gladly return and highly recommend The Palm Inn to anyone visiting Izmir.
