Deka Evleri

We were very happy with the house. The host was great, always available, and helped with anything we needed, from extra toilet paper to suggestions for where to eat. The neighborhood is residential, but there’s a huge park with entertainment about a 10-minute walk away, and it gets lively within a 30-minute walk.

A cozy apartment in a great spot near restaurants, cafes, the bazaar, and KulturPark. Our host was incredibly kind and accommodating. He saved a parking spot for us and even tracked down a flag I needed for a tournament, along with helping with our other unusual requests.

We were welcomed so warmly by the hosts, who were friendly and helpful. They even brought me a cake when they realized it was my birthday. The flat was bright, spotless, spacious, and well equipped. It’s on a peaceful, pleasant street near a park with lots of attractions, while still close to the city’s main areas. The price for the quality is unbeatable.

The location worked out perfectly for getting around on foot, whether to alsancak, basmane metro, or even kemeralti. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, mostly serving local homemade food, and I enjoyed evenings at kulturpark, jogging, exercising, or having tea at the cafe beside the tennis hall. I stayed for a few weeks this summer. The apartments were clean, with new, nicely decorated furniture, and the local family running the place were very helpful. I definitely recommend it for a stay in Izmir.
