We arrived with our family on a Friday without a reservation. The room we first saw was too small for us, so the cleaning crew quickly got a larger one ready, and the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout. They checked whenever we came and went to see if we needed anything for the room. The room did smell noticeably of cigarette smoke, as others have mentioned, and the shower had some drainage issues. Aside from that, the price was fair and the location worked very well for the Karsiyaka shopping district and dining.

The reception was so indifferent, the rooms were awful, and we kept having trouble even with our reservation. This is Izmir's worst hotel, and it should be closed. Even if it were the only hotel in the world, I wouldn't go back.

The location is awesome, close to the metro, ferry, tram, bus, and places to eat. It's a neat, clean place with lovely staff and good value for money. Thank you, Umut, for everything.

I was in town for work and stayed one night. The hotel is right in central Karşıyaka, by the bazaar and very close to the Izban ferry terminal. The staff were welcoming, and the room smelled fresh as soon as I walked in. The linens were spotless and the hygiene was excellent. I left happy with my stay and would recommend it 😊
