We found it great value for the price, with plenty of room and a comfortable bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/living area. Everything was clean. The kitchen wasn't really equipped for cooking, but Demre has lots of good restaurants. It was a convenient base for two nights of hiking the Lycian Way, and the free washing machine was a nice extra.

Really nice room, and the owner was super helpful and friendly. There’s a washing machine, too 👍🏻

We first stayed here for a few months starting in late 2022, and were so happy to return to our Sweet Santa🏠. The owners are warm and respectful, and helped us with all sorts of things beyond accommodation. They really care about their guests and try hard to provide good service. We felt at home, like part of the family. A lovely place for either a short stay or a longer one. We absolutely recommend it and hope the business keeps growing. Thank you, our Turkish family!❤️

The owner was friendly and pleasant, with a nice atmosphere about him. He did his best to help with everything. The rooms were good, and you can cook in them. Laundry can be done upstairs.

The rooms themselves were fine, but the building still seemed very much under construction. The service was the main issue. During regular check-in hours, we waited in the lobby for more than an hour. We called the number they had left, but nobody answered. Someone only came to check us in after Expedia stepped in. They weren't friendly, let alone apologetic, about leaving us waiting so long. If you have another choice, I'd stay somewhere with more responsive staff. I can only imagine how much worse it might have been if we'd arrived outside normal lobby hours.
